Convenient Charging Options

No matter your driving style, there are several options for recharging. While it's not necessary to install a charger in your home, we have found that having access to a Level II charger near where you park your vehicle makes it easier to manage charging levels. Currently, there are three options for recharging Cadillac EVs:

  • Level I: at a standard wall outlet, it provides a safe trickle charge with no additional equipment needed, but it is also the slowest. Suitable for drivers who only travel a few miles per day.
  • Level II: the most popular charging method uses a 240-volt plug (the same as a clothes dryer), and you will need a professional installation to place one close to where you park your vehicle or use a public charging station. Regaining a full charge can take most of the work day or overnight.
  • DC Fast-Charging: only available at public charging stations and can add miles quickly for easier travel over long distances.
